Merger announcement today of two competing online survey companies: SurveyMonkey and Zoomerang. If they are able to integrate the different survey tools from the two companies, they will be able to boost revenue and profitability. If it's just to have a larger combined audience to increase "attach" sales rate, then I think there will be no advantage.

A lot of announcements emanating from those two companies on their social media come across as detached and faceless. I wonder if it is a sign of management in transition or change in direction at both companies.
